Free Email Encryption

Secure Email Communication
Using encrypted WebMail, users can send and receive secure email messages with Maillier. Maillier provides an easy-to-use webmail interface to secure email encryption, utilizing industry-standard OpenPGP format to encrypt messages using 512 - 4096 bit encryption. Maillier includes the ability to sign outgoing messages, allowing the recipient to verify the authenticity of an email.

Maillier PGP features:

  • Maillier is an RFC2440 (OpenPGP) compliant application
Maillier is an RFC2440-compliant application, utilizing a non-proprietary method for encrypting email using strong public key cryptography. The OpenPGP protocol defines standard formats for encrypted messages, signatures, and for exchanging public keys.

  • Easy Key Creation
Users can generate a PGP key via the WebMail interface of Maillier, with a choice of key sizes ranging from 512- to 4096-bit.

  • Web-based Interface
All encryption, decryption, and message signing is provided within the WebMail Interface. To send an encrypted secure email message, all the user needs is the recipient's public key ( stored in the Maillier address-book ). When composing an email message the user can encrypt the content with the recipients public key, ensuring that the message can only be decrypted by the intended recipient, even if intercepted.

  • Sending and updating public keys
Maillier provides users the option of sending their public key on outgoing secure email messages. It also provides the ability to update a contact's address-book with the PGP public-key.

  • Message Signing
Message signing is available via the encryption menu when composing an email message. This allows the recipient to check the authenticity of an email message (verify that the message was sent using your account, and not forged).

  • Secure Communications
There are many security concerns with SMTP - primarily that messages are sent and stored in plain text. The solution is to send messages in encrypted form, rendering ineffective any interception and accounting for the possibility of poor physical security at endpoints. Maillier utilizes 512- to 4096-bit (military grade) encryption for sending messages via the WebMail interface.

By using the encryption features of Maillier, you can secure email communication with clients, employees, and customers.
